Thank you for choosing RRDivers. By booking any of our diving programs or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure safety, clarity, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All reservations begin with a 50% Down Payment that serves as a commitment to your chosen schedule. This payment confirms your booking and is non-refundable under any circumstance. Guests may complete the full payment during checkout if preferred. A booking is considered active only once the required payment has been received.
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
To join any dive activity, participants must meet the necessary certification levels when required and be in proper health to dive. Any medical condition that could influence safety must be disclosed prior to the activity. RRDivers may decline participation if a guest’s condition, conduct, or preparedness poses a risk.
SAFETY & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Safety is the foundation of every dive we organize. Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by our guides and instructors. Any behavior that disrupts the safety or comfort of others may result in removal from the activity without compensation.
USE OF EQUIPMENT
Equipment provided by RRDivers should be used with care and responsibility. Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges. Our team will always assist with fitting, setup, and equipment checks to ensure comfort and safety.
SCHEDULING & OPERATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
Dive schedules may shift due to weather, sea conditions, or operational considerations. When adjustments are needed, they are made with safety as the priority. Customers may request to reschedule before the originally planned dive date, provided that the new date is available and does not conflict with another group’s schedule.
CANCELLATIONS
All customer cancellations are governed by the RRDivers Cancellation & Refund Policy. If RRDivers must cancel a scheduled activity due to factors beyond our control, guests will be offered a new date or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
HEALTH, RISKS, & LIABILITY
Diving carries inherent risks, and all participants acknowledge these risks by joining our activities. Guests are expected to follow safety protocols at all times. RRDivers will provide guidelines and support throughout the experience, and participants may be asked to sign a liability waiver before diving.
PHOTOS & MEDIA USAGE
During activities, our team may capture photos or videos for documentation and promotional use. Guests who prefer not to appear in such materials can inform our team beforehand, and we will respect the request fully.
PRIVACY COMMITMENT
Any personal information collected during booking is used solely for operational purposes. We maintain confidentiality and do not share data with outside parties without permission.
GOVERNING LAW
All terms and policies are governed by relevant Indonesian law, ensuring that every agreement and process follows the applicable legal framework.
