Thank you for choosing Rock N Roll Divers. This policy page is prepared to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the booking process, so you know exactly what to expect before joining our dive programs.
DOWN PAYMENT (DP) & PAYMENT TERMS
To reserve your diving schedule, we require a 50% Down Payment (DP). The initial 50% Down Payment is strictly Non-Refundable. This applies to all courses, fun dives, cave diving, and other programs. At checkout, you may also choose the full payment option.
RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans may change. You may request to reschedule your dive session under the following conditions: (1) The request is made before your original dive date. (2) The new date must be available and not in conflict with another group. (3) If the new date is fully booked, you may: (3.a) join an existing group, or (3.b) choose another available date. No additional fee is charged for rescheduling as long as the requirements are met.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
If you decide to cancel after making a booking: (1) The 50% Down Payment is non-refundable under any circumstance. (2)For customers who made a full payment, we will deduct 30% for standard administrative & operational fee from the transferable amount. This fee covers transaction costs, accommodation booking costs and sunk logistics expenses incurred by RRDivers.
CANCELLATION BY RRDIVERS
If we must cancel due to external factors—such as extreme weather, safety considerations, or operational concerns—you will receive: (1) A rescheduled dive, or (2) A full refund if rescheduling is not possible
AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULING
RRDivers operates with small-group dives to ensure safety and quality. Therefore, all reschedule requests depend on available seats.
